Horrible place to do business with

We had to cancel our order due to HOA not approving - they took over 60 days to return deposit and it was $850.00 short. Can't reach anyone at company...talk about PISSED

Proceed with Caution - They have no problem stealing your money

I signed a contract to have a patio enclosure installed. They only give you 3 days to cancel or else they have stated that they can keep the full deposit. In my case my deposit was 9, 400.00. After having contractors to the home to do the work that needs to be done before the enclosure can be put up - it was discovered that I have about 50,000 in repairs before moving forward with the enclosure. I am not able to afford all of these repairs and the enclosure and asked to be released. They filed a permit, and rendered a CAD drawing and are insisting on keeping 9, 400.00 deposit. So - 9,400.00 for a CAD Drawing that I cannot even use. This has been a TERRIBLE experience, and the customer service is not at all friendly or willing to work with me at all. This is theft.

User's recommendation: Proceed with extreme caution. Know 100% that it will work before signing.
